Screw loose change blog comments on my prior post on the motives of the fruitcake asshole hijackers and how they didn't attack us because they hate our freedom like Bush would have you believe ...of course he will defend this nonsense SLC blog says.....

About "They Hate Our Freedoms"

This is not a topic I generally cover, but I did think it was worth talking about. Former President Bush, in an address to a joint session of Congress, noted:

"Americans are asking, why do they hate us? They hate what we see right here in this chamber -- a democratically elected government. Their leaders are self-appointed. They hate our freedoms -- our freedom of religion, our freedom of speech, our freedom to vote and assemble and disagree with each other."

He graciously keeps himself from calling me an anti Semite and says.....

It is safe to say that there are probably a fair number of non-conspiracy theorists who disagree with Bush's formulation. Over at Truth Action, in a fairly good post, JimD3100 says:

So SLC does what they always do. Defend the Government and all it does at all costs. It's pretty obvious Bush or any other president doesn't want an informed public being told real truth. Because here it is straight from the horses mouth........

I didn't do any of that- I never dropped agent orange on anyone and have never done anything to any Palestinian, it was our Government. The people that died on 9-11 and in '93 died as a result of U.S. Government foreign policy, (inside job or not) before we can even decide if this is worth it we need to be at least aware of it, and the Government and their apologists don't even want us to do that.

I happen to think the American people have a right to be told the truth as to why thousands died on 9-11 and this is part of it. The government and SLC just want you to think those people were killed defending freedom. It's a load of BS. We have a right to be informed about what our government does in our name and that is part of the demand for declassification of documents, and the government hiding behind BS excuses to keep the public uninformed under the false guise of "National Security". Those people that were murdered on 9-11 didn't have any National Security on 9-11, and the Government lies about why they were killed. And it's no wonder why the Government would lie about it. But it's inexcusable for SLC to be a volunteer to continue this hoax.
